HOMES FOR HEROES PROGRAM
Eastborough proudly offers the Homes for Heroes Rental Housing Program, designed to support workforce housing initiatives in alignment with Florida’s Live Local Act at newly constructed luxury residential apartment communities. Our ownership group is committed to providing housing near job centers and neighborhood amenities, ensuring accessibility for Jacksonville’s workforce. This program is open to everyone; beyond essential workers or first responders within the community and does not require any additional application. The only requirement to qualify is that the applicant must have an annual income below the State-mandated threshold, which is currently a maximum of $86,160 per year for a single-occupant household. This program provides discounted rates on select one-bedroom rental homes with the same luxurious, newly constructed units and expansive community amenities offered throughout the property.
All applicants must go through our standard application process and meet the minimum criteria for approval.
